“Radical Compassion” with Susan Johnson

If you liked this video, there is so much more. Join me November 28 through December 2 from 10am to noon, for the following class:

Radical Forgiveness: Radical Compassion

Finding Peace Amidst the Storms of Life

November 28-December 2 - 10am-noon Pacific Time

Inspired by Shantideva’s Guide to the
Bodhisattva’s Way of Life, this workshop will open us to the possibility of living our lives in a state of grace, accepting each moment with patience and tolerance. When we recognize that everything we experience is the result of our past conditioning, we can clearly see how today's actions and responses are creating our future.

Can we live a life that is free from suffering no matter what happens? Suffering is everybody’s spiritual teacher, but when we learn how to welcome what is at is, our experience transforms.

Together, we will navigate a path to joy and happiness through patience and tolerance, with the help of Shantideva’s brilliant teachings, along with excerpts from the Tao Te Ching, Peter Russell, Tara Brach, Colin Tipping, Mabel Collins, Annie Besant and Geoffrey Hodson.

For two hours a day, come hang out with me for: group discussions, short guided meditations, and gentle qi-gong exercises for quieting, focusing and harmonizing body and spirit.

Single session $15 Series $70

This is hybrid class. Will be offered online and also in person in Ojai, California at the Krotona Institute of Theosophy.
